Welcome to Vaasa on Easter!
A Year has once again passed and Easter and our Easter seminar are approaching. The theme of our seminar this year is Redemption and Redeemed life (Mark. 10:45). Christ has bought us free from the penalty of sin and from the world. He paid full price for us so that we do not need good deeds to receive eternal life.
When we believe in the redeeming work of Jesus Christ, our spiritual life begins. This new life is redeemed life. The life of Christ and his example give us the model for redeemed life. Easter time is a great opportunity to ponder these truths personally for each of us.
This year we are privileged to have two main speakers, Dr. Richard Grubbs and Dr. Mikael Toll. Dr. Grubbs has been a pastor for decades and planted churches. He has also worked as a professor in Dallas Theological Seminary. In recent years he has helped local churches in organizing theological education.
Dr. Toll is from Sweden and the leading pastor of Stockholm Greater Grace Church. A few years ago he received his doctorate in church leadership from Luther Rice University.
